What's your favorite Bigger Pockets book and why?

About 2 years ago I found "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" by Brandon Turner (not related) at a local bookstore. I wasn't looking for it, it found me; this happens a lot with me and books, a lot. So I bought it and my eyes were opened to a whole new world that I had no idea about. I had just finished "Rich Dad Poor Dad" a few months prior (another book that found me) but that book seemed theoretical to me and the main take away was to ask the question How? How can I become a Rich Dad? It did begin to shift my view of my self and my beliefs about what I could accomplish. I watched a lot of Robert Kiyosaki videos and even played his game online for a while but it wasn't until I found Brandon's book that I saw a way. More accurately, a number of ways to get in the game buying real estate and start becoming the Rich Dad I want to be; and I didn't even need a lot of money which was great because I had none. I have read it over and over and over. It is covered in dirt and sweat from my ironworking job as it became my lunch for a while. I thought I wanted to wholesale and make the "quick money" but I already work really, really hard slinging steel around building schools, power plants, hospitals, bridges, etcetera and realized that I want to own multifamily rental properties on my way to financial freedom and eventually my dream homes. I am waiting for "Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat" by David Greene to read next and hopefully use to purchase my first home/rental property and begin my real estate investing portfolio.

I haven't made any deals yet. I am now getting my credit in order (haven't found a partner yet), managing my money, talking to a loan officer, talking to a realtor, and joining the community here by making my first public appearance on Bigger Pockets with this post.

So enough of my rambling, what Bigger Pocket book was the one that helped you the most and how? Podcasts? Maybe we should keep it to the books for now to keep it simple, but if you haven't read any books I don't want to exclude you either. I would like to learn all I can as fast as I can so I can build a cushion for myself as I finish my ironworking career. So give me that Bigger Pockets podcast that changed your life as well.

Thank you for your time. I wish you the best.
