Often times code issues are pending and not yet recorded therefore not covered by title insurance, that's why many of us have a preferred title company we use because they go the extra mile.

I'm in Southeast Idaho and I've used a lender from your home state of California previously on more than one occasion because of their low rates and online service.  

If all the numbers are correct/everything is correct and accurate, the quandary is that I live 1,600 miles from the properties and have never owned properties before. 

If I am operating a service company which owns a truck that is being depreciated, can that same company also pay me a vehicle expense based on the miles I have driven in my personal vehicle?
