Good Afternoon BP!!!

I want to take a few to introduce myself! First and foremost I want to say, I've never taken the time to sign up, nor post in a forum of any sort....so this is all very new to me. With all the great things I'm seeing posted, both member advice, and educational I could not help but to join. My name is Daniel, and I'm currently located here in Atlanta. With a great passion for real estate at such a young age, I feel that not only my future, but the future of my children can benefit from the successes! I purchased my first property back in July as my primary residence, but now that I've gotten that out the way, I'm looking to get more into the investing side of things. I'm looking forward to networking with a lot of people, both locally and hundreds of miles away, as well as contribute with my own personal experiences along the way! The positivity and support which the members give each other is amazing, and refreshing! I can't wait to get my hands dirty and working on my first deal in 2016!
