Information not Disclosed at Closing

Hi Everyone,

I purchased a house in Florida in 2013, in which all the code violations were not disclosed to me at the closing.  I live in California.  In fact, there were two code violations that I was made aware of at the closing (so money was held in escrow for the repairs) but there were several more I was not aware of until I went to get permits for the two that I did know about. It has taken 1 1/2 years to do all the repairs and I lost a tenant with this "turn-key" process.   Does the Title Insurance not pick up on these?  Do they have any liability?  If so, where do I go to file a complaint.  I so much appreciate some help with this.

Thanks, Margo
