We are pretty much committed to flipping properties one at a time for now, but I am interested in upping my marketing game and wholesaling as we go.  

I would like to supplement my income with home flipping.  

Or should I just try to do flips?

I am interested in learning the ins and outs of fix & flips as well as buy & holds.

Depending on the area, that could get you into a turn-key rental house, or you could partner with someone else with cash and do a fix-and-flip - come away with more than you both have invested, ...There's lots of possibilities.

Im having a hard time finding a property to flip for my first time.

You might consider some flipping properties while you are doing wholesaling.    

I'm primarily trying to learn as much as I can about real estate investing while flipping my primary residence, which is also my first home purchase.

I'm looking to get into real estate to flip home with low or no cost investment at this time.

I havent taken my contractors test as of yet but I have good experience in building and rehabbing.I'm looking for some direction on investing and flipping.
