Is the seller or seller's agent responsible for notifying me of the occupying tenant's rental history?

I feel that with my lengthy history in the marketing and sales field, finding the deals and getting them to the right investor wouldn't be a problem for me.  

Inspect on a regular basis2. have at lease 3-5% money on the line, non refundable, DO NOT FINANCE IT.3. investigate your tenant buyers history 3-4 landlords, not just last one4. see how they are living now, surprise them when visiting, before they move into your place. 

And am currently unable to get bank financing due to my age of 18 and having such a short credit history.

Hi all Bigger Pockets friends,I'm looking into some deals in Edgewater Park, New Jersey, and I would like to see the sale history of a property.

It is in a nice area where some homes are selling for well over 200k (which is a lot for eastern Ohio).

Usually if you can see payment history, such as he pays monthly, then you might be able to expect in absence of a lease, that the rent is due on the first, could post a three day notice to paybor quit on the second of the month. 

If there is history of 2 years and VOE will have written proof of continuity that shouldn't be problem. 

will they even look at her past eviction history ?
