rental purchase w/ occupying tenant

I recently bought a rental property in Texas that had an occupying tenant, with 2 months left on her current lease agreement. I was notified after I purchased the property and after I agreed to let the tenant renew the lease, that she had been several months behind on rent with the previous owner and was filing for bankruptcy. I never received a seller's disclosure until today (5 months after the purchase). The disclosure is completely blank aside from the seller's signature who is an investor that has never seen the property.  The tenant made her first 2 month's rent before she started to become delinquent. We are now trying to evict her but it will be 3 months of no payments and the fact she filed for bankruptcy apparently will delay the eviction. Is the seller or seller's agent responsible for notifying me of the occupying tenant's rental history? I am thinking of filing a complaint with TREC but any additional advise would be great
