I agree as well, there is still a lot of bad economic indicators that won't be calculated until we near the end of the fourth quarter.Christmas sales normally either boost or downturn the market.

Renters can only afford that type of rent in that particular area.If it is a flip, that can be a very different story.For that TREE, I will definitely remove it to improve the curb appeal.

Curb appeal, location, etc...

She can't  really drive well anyway because she parks about a foot from the curb.  

For years my wife hated it when I would watch "Designed to Sell," "Flip or Flop," "Flip This House," or "Curb Appeal."  

All brick construction, roof looks good, new windows, cute curb appeal for this style of home.

But him moving in has been a big boost in my commitment and motivation in real estate, but in everything else too.  

The house has little to no curb appeal, the lawn's not mowed and mostly weeds, the bottom 3 feet or so of the brick is quite dirty (could be an indication of bad gutter/water run off problems).

So I admit I come into real estate from a place of wanting to boost and secure future financial independence, not necessarily due to a love of the field itself.
