Who is responsible for a stuck car?

I want to get a reality check on this point.   Asked the tenant to move cars so the plow guy could plow. He plows an area and they park and then he plows the regular driveway and they move back.  The temporary/visitor parking they park temporarily in is used by  others and no one has got stuck there in 4 years.  Now this tenant says she is stuck and what should she do.  She can't  really drive well anyway because she parks about a foot from the curb.  If the car is stuck the car is a light small car that would be easy to have her 22 year old son who lives with her push if the vehicle is truly stuck. Is this my problem?

If you caused the snow then you are responsible, unless you gave sufficient notice you were going to make it snow.
