I have read Ultimate Beginner's Guide to Real Estate Investing and have considered Rental properties and Notes as something I could look into and have even been suggested to look into turnkey properties to build income for the time being but I am open to other suggestions.I look forward to meeting you all.

Waxing lyrical here but this website/ community is such a godsend.I'm attending a networking event in London tonight and was wondering how exactly I should put myself across as a complete beginner, what sort of questions should I ask as well as how I'd go about following up acquaintances to strengthen that connection.
