I can't provide any help, as I'm just now exploring the world of REI myself,  but I'm always open to chat and mutual learning.

I believe my main error was I was hung up on this great rate of 2.99% and you guys made me realize that giving that up and going to 4.99% isn't the end of the world because I'm going to take that equity and make much much more than 4.99%. 

I want to live long, happy and healthy lives and help others live the same way.With real estate investing, I want to be able to give back to my community and the world as much as possible.

Hi Everyone,I am new to the real estate investing world although I have family members that rental properties and they are making good money on these properties.  

I have  a long term and deep understanding of the market there and world be happy to help if I can.

My partner and I  are new to the real estate investing world and we are excited and eager to get started.
