Hi Everyone,

I am new to the real estate investing world although I have family members that rental properties and they are making good money on these properties.  As for me, I would really like to get involved with selling and buying real estate notes.  Can the members please provide me direction to forum links, podcast, etc that can provide insight as to how I can get started in this venture?  Thank you.

@Chirag Patel @Chad Jarrah

I'm purchasing my first note tomorrow. It's non-performing. I hope to make a diary from start to finish as it's certainly something I haven't found documented on this site.
