@Chris Hensley if you are comfortable with spreadsheets, have you considered Google Docs where you can both have access to the spreadsheets from anywhere you have internet access?

The info and training really go far beyond single-page articles and internet blogs.

In that time I had 14 showings and countless Internet and phone leads.

I can deduct for expenses such as home office, car/mileage, cell phone, internet expense, dinners, etc.

It's imprudent to get advice from the Internet and just run with it without consulting with a legal counsel.

Don't drive over to Lake Charles and invest in the casino boats their ROI is pathetic:)

Found this site on the internet and it seems to be a one stop shop to actually take the rental applications, run credit/background and eviction as well as notify the application if they were rejected or denied.

With how complex this is I doubt they would be able to handle over the internet though.Sometimes if you take it offline they can credit what you have already paid to the total cost.
