Hello all, my name is Jeremy Hunt and here is a bit about me. The city that I own property in and am looking to invest in is Lumberton TX which is a small town outside of Beaumont TX. I have pretty much followed the Dave Ramsey approach to money since I can remember. At this stage I have been trying to figure out how to build wealth. I have always heard about real estate but thought it unattainable for someone without significant capital. I have been trained not to use debt for any reason. I have been able to purchase a mobile home and get some good tenants into it within the last few months. This has given me great confidence and drive that I can do much more. I came across the BP Podcast and from there the Beginners Guide and the Bigger Pockets website while trying to learn as much as I can. I have been kicking around the idea of finally going into debt and taking on a mortgage if I can find a deal, renting my current residence which is well within my means, and that would put me at two buy and hold rental properties for a while. I have also been kicking around the idea of buying some raw land that is between the two properties I currently own but I know I would be opening up a can with the development of that land. I am excited to have found this website it has already been an awesome resource. Thanks for reading and pour on the advice and mentoring! :)
