Rental management for Partnership??

My partner and I are looking for software that will analyze all aspects of a rental property. I have found several different ones that I like but, we both need to be able to have access to "said" software on seperate computers ran from our individual homes. I know that we can run excel spreadsheets and export them i believe. But we want something we both will have access to and be able to update from seperate computers anytime.
