From your experience and expertise are there any tips you would have with vetting a company or any initial questions that I should be asking them?

I would say the home is in a c-class to d-class neighborhood, any tips on finding out for sure?

It is a twin home, I am unaware of what the markets like. any tips on how I can research that?

Any tips, advice would be appreciated so I can capitalize on my hard work thus far. 

However, do bear in mind that houses that are selling for 10-15K over asking price are being sold to RETAIL buyers from sellers who could afford to spend the time and money to get the house in tip-top shape to sell and who have the luxury of waiting for the sale to close.
