I am following Brandon Turners method of emergency rent reduction program.

I'm looking to go for my first deal using the BRRRR method. 

I am going to try the “subject to” method and see if I can make it work.

After several years of listening and reading, tangentially, I have had some life changing events that have reminded me that I should have be investing long ago.If there are any investors local to Chicago, specifically the western suburbs (Aurora/Naperville), I would love to meet and discuss which methods you use to invest locally.

If I were to convert it this upcoming week, do I get tax base on the year that I quit my job (2019 tax bracket) or the year that I made the conversion (2020 tax bracket) or other tax method?
