Hello everyone! I hope everyone is doing good and staying safe through this tough period. My question is about financing properties; how many units do you finance at the same time? How much are you willing to go in debt/mortgage before paying off your unit(s)? What’s your favorite method to finance a rental unit? Thanks in advance!
