@George Torres From the little I know that Rams thing is not just Rams, it also includes NFL, Espn offices/studios, major sports brands, other media outlets, perhaps 2nd team, year round events, concerts, etc...the dude just spent another couple hundred million in the Valley too.

The people I talk to that are very happy with it are the ones that recognize some things are worth paying for vs trying to DIY and they spent time upfront vetting the TK provider and made sure they had the right expectations going into it.

YOu still get homes back, you some times have to abandonment process to get the titles back...It's best to visit local parks, meet the managers and ideally the owners and bring a box of donuts and gallon of coffee to learn what is reality in your area.
