I still don't believe fix and flip HML are great fits for institutional players, so there is still a good chance that you'll still be able to participate in those deals.I've watched a recent presentation by PoL and based on what I've heard it seems that the new capital source is probably going toward the platforms shift toward commercial, longer term deals that they start to move into.
