Hello, everyone! My name is Kevin; I am a recent college graduate, now working in the health care field, who has just found the amazing resources and tools available here on BiggerPockets and have decided to dive right in! I am completely new to REI, but I feel I have read enough to know that I want to focus on buy and hold for my first purchase and dabble in other niches later on.

I would love any tips, tricks, or just to speak with anyone already doing this, especially in my area, so I can have a better understanding of the market before taking that first leap. I have been reading through the forums and listening to as many podcasts as I can to prepare. I look forward to getting to know many of you here and sharing our experiences in the future!
