I do not know if that is still the practice or if estates that are not probated through the courts are now publicly available.

My advice would be to look for agents who are online talking about property insurance and educating the public.

I currently work in public safety/law enforcement for a university.

I called public works about the problem.  

Litter laws and other city ordinances should be checked before installing on public property. 

I made my own preforeclosure list using the public records webpage for my county.

Mailing straight to the PR as soon as the public notice.

I would also like to open low cost automotive education centers for the public because the auto shops in public schools have vanished from their classes.
