To generalize one brokerage sucks now days is like saying McDonald's has the best service ever just because you went to the one in Orange County and they treated you great.

I have a house in Orange CA and the old owner already painted the floors.

I believe they are based in Orange County but they hold a class in Kearny Mesa.

Zoning laws in Florida are very strict regarding vacation homes, so it varies by community, but as a general rule of thumb, short term rentals are not allowed in Orange County (Orlando).

I just can't get excited about Orange County style rent/value ratios here in Louisville, Ky.

Don't know your general business experience, if you want to go into ANY business, selling fruit, making socks or dealing in real estate, don't you think you need some basic business knowledge, is that common sense?
