Military folks move every 3-4 years usually, so often they don't buy.

I'm sure you'll do just fine when you take it again. if there is a particular area of real estate you're struggling with throw your questions out here on the forum and a lot of folks will be able to help.

Most folks who "make large profit margins flipping houses" use those large margins to fund their own future deals, rather than paying "very good returns to investors".  

My beloved and I thought we wanted to live in Pinellas and so I introduced myself to the folks in that area.
