I finally got serious and mailed out about 250 post cards this week.

Also I got for my company Home Depot and Lowes credit cards using my SS but the cards are in the business name.

Their service is what most credit card debt collectors use to contact you.

Even one slightly more aggressive thing you could do, but subtle enough to not be over the top IMO, would be if you have a decent rider then at the end you could hand them your RE business card and tell them if that you appreciate their business and if they ever need a ride or you can help them with anything else feel free to give you a call.

I made a very nice post card that I feel will at least get a quick enough glance to catch the name before being thrown away the first time and will be easily remembered the second time and on.

So the question you are asking is impossible for anyone in this forum to answer unless we knew exactly what his overhead was (truck costs, tool expenses, auto, worker comp, health insurances, rents, advertising, cell phone, marketing collateral, vacation time, credit card fees, accounting, software, office supplies, computer expenses, etc...) to name a few.

@Guy Olds hi nice to meet you, I heard about that meet from my agent we will be attending for sure, we're planning on launching Jan 1st we will definitely exchange cards because we are cash buyers looking for fix and flips.

Are you using post cards, letters, etc?

My RE agent who wrote up an offer for an REO (HSBC Bank) was told that she had to provide a cc on the site and her card would be charged if my offer was accepted?
