Even one slightly more aggressive thing you could do, but subtle enough to not be over the top IMO, would be if you have a decent rider then at the end you could hand them your RE business card and tell them if that you appreciate their business and if they ever need a ride or you can help them with anything else feel free to give you a call.

So the question you are asking is impossible for anyone in this forum to answer unless we knew exactly what his overhead was (truck costs, tool expenses, auto, worker comp, health insurances, rents, advertising, cell phone, marketing collateral, vacation time, credit card fees, accounting, software, office supplies, computer expenses, etc...) to name a few.
