Hi, This is a first for me. My RE agent who wrote up an offer for an REO (HSBC Bank) was told that she had to provide a cc on the site and her card would be charged if my offer was accepted? Anyone see this before? Is it ligit?

Never heard of that.  Never know, but its probably due to too many people making offers, then backing out after acceptance.  They want you to be serious before they spend the time and take the property off the market.  I kinda like it.  We need some barriers to the bad wholesalers muddying the waters so much.
