I've got one Realtor sending me any manufactured homes, and expired manufactured home leads.

So I just listened to all the instructional videos that gave specifics details about navigation and usability of the page.In short, I think I got a collective total of 25 leads on Zillow and Craigslist and they all told me the were disinterested in a lease option arrangement.

I do recall this guy tho  he would instruct his students to put adds in craigs list I buy notes.

I  do not own any properties presently but have begun working with a realtor to find ones in my area.Currently I am an engineer at an aerospace manufacturing company.

The black & decker and other DIY books are ok, but make things look much easier than they may be and can be too simple in their instructions.

I have one transaction that would never have closed otherwise, their title company couldn't find the record of the manufactured home even being there LOL.

I have not shown homes in the past if the sellers showing instructions were too complicated. 

IE the person who decides one day that they read BP and want to wholesale houses one at a time like a RE broker. your more in the commercial institutional end not to be confused with the other types of wholesalers.its like one of my buddies from my country club.. he owns a golf merchandise distributorship plus he manufactures one of the top of the lien golf caddies..

I find manufacturers use less coupons these days so I have the wife sign up with a junk account to get direct coupons.People haven't seen anything for inflation yet.
