Hello BP community,

I am Joe Adelmann and am a new member from Schuylkill County, PA trying to absorb all the helpful information contained on this site. My interests lie in flipping homes and rental properties, preferably multi-unit properties where I can occupy one unit. I  do not own any properties presently but have begun working with a realtor to find ones in my area.

Currently I am an engineer at an aerospace manufacturing company. My long-term real estate investing goal is to achieve financial freedom. I look forward to meeting fellow BP users and hearing other people experiences with multi-unit rental properties and house flipping. Kind Regards,
