If you're just starting out and you don't know what to do, one of the key things you need to do is go out there and MEET as many "real estate people" as you can find.Attend networking events, real estate investors association meetings and meetup groups.Talking of meetups, I am organizing a BP Meetup this Friday, January 17, 12 NN in our Downers Grove office.
