Starting out and don't know what to do?

If you're just starting out and you don't know what to do, one of the key things you need to do is go out there and MEET as many "real estate people" as you can find.

Attend networking events, real estate investors association meetings and meetup groups.

Talking of meetups, I am organizing a BP Meetup this Friday, January 17, 12 NN in our Downers Grove office. Don't worry: this is not a "guru" thing where you will be sold a home study course.

This Meetup is purely to meet and greet other members of BP here in the Chicago area. Oh, and just to be sure this is worth your time, I am going to treat you to Giordano's Deep Dish pizza. (yum!)

Best case and likely scenario: you meet new people with whom you can do deals with. Worst case: you have a good lunch on my dime. You have nothing to lose!
