owner wants to liquidate rental properties

Motivation age/tired of managing properties.

How do I wholesale a property that's tenant occupied? Need advice

Price: 80,000 arv= 119,000-125,000

Rent= 890/mo

Price= 85000 arv= 120000-130000

Rent=1000/mo

You're promoting turn-key properties to your buyers. Make sure you fill them in upfront that the properties are occupied. Some buyers don't like already occupied properties and prefer to bring in their own tenants. If they all have the same seller/owner you can market a package deal or wholesale them individually(your preference). Hopefully the owner has copies of the keys because if the buyer(s) can't get in to inspect the place often can be a deal killer.
