Hi guys,

I am a newbie from Arlington, Texas. Real estate has always been an interest to me but I never explored this interest until about 6 months ago. I had the opportunity to work with a family friend on a house that was contracted through wholesale. With this experience, I received the jitters. I was motivated to learn as much as I could to get into real estate investing for myself.

I expressed this interest to my family friend and he directed me to this website. I have been on this website for a couple of days now and I see this will be a very beneficial resource for me to learn. I am very coach able and willing to know the ins and outs of wholesaling. I already feel welcomed to the community just from reading other members posts and see the comments that are given.
