You still get notified through AirBNB (or whatever) of any guest message, it doesn't go into a vacuum.My favorite part is it integrates natively with AirBNB - so the messages it sends actually go through the AirBNB platform, which IMO both creates a cleaner guest experience and covers your rear in case AirBNB needs to look at the message history to settle a dispute.

Get it in writing.Some Parks require you buy new units thru the park to maintain 'Park Integrity'  Check with the office to see if you can buy your own unit or if you have to go thru the park or if you are limited to certain styles and manufacturers.Before you invest in a new unit, think this thru.

@Nghi Le Vestus  Fairplay Caliber  those are company's that are fully integrated with RE brokerage hard money lending and research and due diligence on each foreclosure.Drop bids certainly do happen not that frequently though.. and were very prevalent in  the AZ market.The organized bidding companies are stiff competition no doubt.Very tough to make money buying foreclosures in the major metro areas your up against the big money players.
