If its all straight forward and all infrastructure is in place then your looking at site plan modifications, proposed construction survey for each building, grading and foundation staking, elevation certificates and final as built surveys.Depending on local requirements and existing conditions i would say $30-$50k

That's exactly what I was thinking. especially if I got a job learning how to fix something that most people shy away from like Foundation issues. if I could learn how to fix a foundation then that could give me an edge against other investors.

Before this I have never heard of the term so I began to deep dive into YouTube/Google to figure out exactly how the process goes and how I can make a decent side income from it.I believe I have the basic foundation of everything from Purchase & Sales Agreements, Assigning Contracts, Tax Deeds, Getting Leads, Cold Calls, Getting Buyers all the way down to ARV... again basic foundation of how the system works.Living in California my whole life I already have an understanding that this is a HOT market so I’ve come up with a few territories where i think I could be successful and will begin “driving for dollars” the next time I have a day off.
