May need foundation work, it supposedly has a warranty but......

Hi

I inherited a house 2 years ago.  (I'm very far away).  The tenant has reported some cracks and the Property Manager thinks it might need some foundation work.

Apparently my mom had the foundation repaired many years ago.  We think it was done by Austin Foundation, their website says they have a lifetime guarantee, but it also says they shutdown about 4 years ago.  (After 35 years of service).

Does anyone know if Austin Foundation Repair is still around in some way? (Or if they arranged with another company to handle their clients?)

Thanks

James
