What I can bring to the table is access to MD/DC/VA's MLS, buying, selling and/or renting out the house as I have my real estate license for Maryland and could get the reciprocity for DC & Virginia.

If a neighboring state (PA, NJ, MD) offers the courses online and she becomes licensed in on of those states, would it be a reasonable assumption to say that she could get a DE license via reciprocity?

PS because at the time I went for my MS broker test I was a broker in CA and OR so there was reciprocity with MS and believe it or not.. they just handed me a little manual to study ( I still have it on my desk here in Oregon ) and it was 13 questions.. that's all I was shocked.. in and out in 10 minutes.
