Becoming an agent

Hi folks,  My wife is tossing around the idea of becoming an agent.  She really needs to take the classes online (not due to time constraints or an inflexible schedule) but Delaware is a state that apparently doesn't offer the classes online (correct me if I am wrong).   If a neighboring state (PA, NJ, MD) offers the courses online and she becomes licensed in on of those states, would it be a reasonable assumption to say that she could get a DE license via reciprocity? These states are very close and it is not unreasonable that she would do business in any of them. Any information is greatly appreciated.
