@Andrew Hodgson thats because wholesaling is just a moniker just like turnkey is a moniker.. but we know what i means.. wholesaling means assigning contracts.. when in fact a true wholesaler closes on the house then resells what they own.. a broker makes a middle man fee. the issue is you show me one wholesaler and we will use this interchangeable as assignor.. that just advertises a contract and does not describe the home have a website with pictures of hte homes mass media marketing all sorts of things that is exactly what a realtor does.

So it's OK to float from one conversation to another until you hear (or see) some kind of commonality you can use to strike up a conversation.For example, if you float around and hear someone say they're from a town in Western Mass, and you're from Western Mass, you can wait for a pause or until they're alone and then use that to start a conversation.
