You need a reality check.Given that I'm well over 95% successful at getting my appraisals to come in at or above my contract price (even in cases where I'm fairly certain the values aren't supported), clearly my reality is well checked...That said, I can certainly understand why my providing this information to other investors would make you so angry and frustrated and I can understand why you feel the need to lash out at me...I'm sorry you feel that way and hope you can learn to cope with it...

On draw #3, the tediousness of this process, which caused delays, and then an extension form was requested where we would need to explain the delays, was really getting to the both us, and my GC vented to me his frustration about the delays in payment.He's been really patient and understanding, his team works fast and they do good work.
