Montana has a number of vacation rentals and vacation rental opportunities, but our prices are pretty high.There are those diamonds in the rough if you are willing to dig deep enough.

After that if you are willing to drive there is that Rockland meeting, there is one in Plymouth and it would be worth the drive to go to the Black Diamond meetings (One in Worcester and one in Waltham, so roughly equally inconvenient for you:) ).

There are several meetup groups here that I would really recommend, Black Diamond (Waltham/Worcester) is very informative and a lot of experienced investors tend to attend it, I've made a few connections that way.

Unfortunately you missed the Waltham Black Diamond event that was last night, but that is a great one and you should try to get to (2nd location in Worcester as well).

These were 12 inch square, and I had them installed with a diamond pattern.

The 10 ft section was heavier than it should have been , there were white tail mice , panty hose ,a bunch of legos  and cooking grease and a ring with a diamond .
