I've taken on 1 luxury Vacation Rental in Beaver Creek Colorado (as the manager) and I plan to study and grow.

The water would have to rise 50 feet to flood, and the dams would be opened well before that happened.

Currently the roof leaks in several places, so it looks like the ice dams need to be removed.
