Anybody Done BNB Bootcamp?

Hey Everyone--

Part of my REI strategy is to start a new stream of income specifically for down-payments on STR & MTR. I've taken on 1 luxury Vacation Rental in Beaver Creek Colorado (as the manager) and I plan to study and grow. Has anybody taken the BNB Bootcamp with Michael and Katrina? Their niche isn't buying STR but managing them. Thanks so much. Love all your input!

Jamie

Hey @Jamie Salyer, I am just not a fan of this model. Some make it work I guess, but many lose their shirts. Some are doing it illegally where a real estate license is required. I have no idea who these folks are.

I am the moderator for the BP STR bootcamp so I am biased towards it. There is a ton of info in the online classes, plus we all answer questions on a Q&A every week. I moderate the special bootcamp forum so I answer questions there.

Buying a STR and managing it yourself is the best way to get ahead. There are hundreds of folks on BP here doing it with STRs.
