I am guessing you like the numbers you see in Strawberry Mansion and Norristown (Montco not Philly) but do you know for a fact that at those numbers, you can do a full gut rehab and be at a number that will allow you to profit, and along the way make some sizable mistakes especially if this is your first project . . . 

My question is when we see the monthly statement on the management company’s portal, we don’t see the actual booking (from Airbnb or vrbo).

If so, you have to see what capital you have to deploy and whether or not it makes sense.

So are you saying it’s harder to work with sellers if you see them in person? 

I am seeing interest rates start in the mid 6% range for foreign nationals here in Florida.

Where are you seeing those rates?

Foreclosures aren't a super big source of leads though and most end up on the MLS anyways so they many people will see them.

You can ask piliminary questions to see if an applicant is worth your time too if you don't want applicants always filling out an application before a tour.
