I'm not rich, I can't swing a hammer, I don't have experience -- but I do believe I have a very strong sense of empathy.  

I don't want to get rich, I just want to do something I enjoy that can help with retirement at the same time.I know there are a million ways to get started, but is this a good way to begin my journey?  

On top of the cash flow and the equity gains Rich is receiving he is also receiving close to $8,000 a year property tax break that will go away on a sale.I have observed this behavior over the last 4 decades every time the market is up. 

The point I'm trying to get at is I'm not the kind of person that really sticks with something, and honestly if I hadn't read "Think and Grow Rich" I wouldn't have stuck with real estate long enough to study it like I have so heavily the past month.
