My real estate story
Hello everyone,
I started investing in real estate in 2003. I was able to purchased up to 7 rentals. Four of them where in my home town and the other three were out of state. I went in the business of real estate blinded by my ambition and greed and most important not having the knowledge one needs to be successful within this business. I lost everything in 2008 when the market crashed, even my primary residence and eventually had to fill bankruptcy. Even after all this I believe that real estate is the vehicle for anyone to have a better life with more financial freedom and choices.
