I am compiling a database for my use containing rents and as many property details as I can get- square footage, condition, location, utilities, laundry location- on comparable properties.

All REC documented in 167 files compiled by a REC attorney.

I am in escrow on a multi family and the lender is also the seller, so I'm going to either get my own appraisal to verify seller/lender's appraisal (I have done due diligence and have compiled my own comps) or use AI.

Have compiled a list but you are essentially cold calling people. 

Hi All,I have been driving for dollars and compiling a list of what appear to be vacant houses.

I have been listening to some podcasts which have helped me come up with the following criteria for compiling a potential sellers list; condition of the house, price of house, age of owners etc.

One of the things i do is drive around and compile lists of houses that look like they are in rough shape and mail to them.  

What information are you compiling into Excel?

This will be my first development, and I am compiling as much information as I can to see if the numbers work.
