Contacting owners of abandoned houses
Hi All,
I have been driving for dollars and compiling a list of what appear to be vacant houses. I then go home and search for the owners on the county appraisal district website. If there is an alternate residing address listed for the owner, I send a letter to them asking if they are interested in selling their house.
If there is no alternate residing address listed, how do you suggest I go about finding and contacting the owner of these abandoned houses? Should I just send a letter to the abandoned house's address and hope the owner eventually stops by or are there other methods for tracking down owners?
Thanks!
