WE sell a lot of new construction to the under 40 .. probably 70% of them  and believe it not many pay cash and a lot of cash 500k to one I sold in Jan. for 2.2 million.. burnt out wall st. trader with young kids.. wants to relocate to Charleston and be in the historic district..

I think more ways to generate money are opening up to the common person and so more and more people are exploring ways to get out of the rat race that didn't exist in decades past, whether it be notes, flips, AirBnBs, Lyft/Uber, Bitcoin, etc.
