San Antonio Guide To Investing - Building an Interactive Map

Mac Walker
Posted

Hello, I am a new buy + hold investor based out of Los Angeles currently in the process of vetting a few markets out of state. I saw another BP member post an incredible interactive map for Indianapolis and it got me started trying to make one for SATX. I am basically just collating BP forum posts about +/- neighborhoods alongside niche.com data. Here is the map in the works. If anyone wants to help build this out with me just request permissions on the map and I'll add you. Click here to view.

@Matthew Baltzell Very Useful! I'd be interested in seeing one for Houston.

Might want to think about adding flood plains to your maps.
