New Member from Newport Beach Cali

Hello to all and thank you for reading my introduction.

I currently live in Newport Beach in Cali. Have a few small business part time and am full time  with a professional health care major group for 25 years. I have traded stock, options, Bitcoin and sold items to invest since 1997. I took classes in college on Real Estate, computer programming,  business, health care, and many other to learn the who what when where and why people do what they do. I have a AS and currently slowly working on BS part time. I will never know it all but want to learn a little bit of it. I have a stack of business cards from some top players that I have been adding to my connections list for a while now. I have watched 3 times in my life time major pull backs and done nothing, no real estates deals, close but pulled back or was almost scammed. Its time to learn more to add to my bag a tricks to have more time with family.
